"It's Snowing Outside!"

Yesterday morning I woke Alyssa up and went
back to my room to get myself ready for
the day. Alyssa is much quicker than I am and I
nearly had a heart attack when I
heard her yelling down stairs. I went
running downstairs while she came running
upstairs and we met on the stairs.
Of course the first snow of the year is
definitely worth getting excited about.
We enjoyed it for a few minutes and
then went to wake the boys up a little
early so they could see the snow.
They were not as impressed as Alyssa and I!
I think they even went back to sleep!
By the time I was outside and shoveling snow,
I was not as thrilled with the white stuff!
But it was so beautiful!
